Standard Pci Video Card

I’ll be looking for a cheap card on the Agora, hopefully around $30 or so.
I installed Google Earth on my work PC & was blown away by the difference in what I see on my work PC compared to what I see on my PC at home. At work I have a Pentium D 3 GHz based system with 2 GB of RAM running Windows XP Pro sp3 with a 128mb NVIDIA Quadro FX 1400 graphics card.
At home I have a P4 3 GHz system with 2 GB of RAM running Windows Vista Ultimate sp1 with integrated Intel 82945G Express Chipset graphics. The system has an 8X PCI-E slot available.
Also, when I start Google Earth on my home PC in DirectX mode it locks up my PC.
