1 - How To Start the Scope Out Mission
To begin the GTA 5 Diamond Casino Heist scope out mission, you would need to select it from your planning board in the arcade basement. Lester would direct you toward the casino to take photographs of various points of interest and access points so that you would know the way to get in and out of the location and plan your escape.

The GTA 5 Diamond Casino Heist Scope Out mission has 11 access points in total (seven on the roof, two at ground level, and two more further away from the Casino), along with various points of interest (security cameras or guards that could make it difficult for you when the actual heist takes place). In the next section is the list of all access points and points of interest.
2 - Diamond Casino Heist Access Points
The devs seem to want people to access the casino from the roof, with most of the access points placed up there.
Roof Access Point 1
The first possible access on the roof, one of several that were placed next to the helipad. You can access this through the elevator inside the casino.
Roof Access Point 2
The next access point is on the opposite side of the previous one. Turn 180 degrees and you should see it.
Roof Access Point 3
Walk to the other side of the helipad for the final access point in the vicinity.
Roof Access Point 4
Another access point can be found on the left side of the swimming pool, on the roof garden.
Roof Access Point 5
This is the hardest access point to find on the roof - you need to head right immediately after coming out of the elevator and follow a small side path.
Roof Access Point 6
This access point is still on the roof but is located in the back of the building. Just jump down from the helipad and head to the opposite side of the gardens to locate this particular access point.

Roof Access Point 7
The final access point on the roof is right next to the previous one - just walk along the wall until you see it.
Rear Access Point 1
This is one of the two ground-level access points for people who can't get to the roof. Just circle around the building, it is to the back, near the horse track.
Rear Access Point 2
This one is just a little further comparing to the previous one - just keep walking along the wall until you see it.
Tunnel Access Point
This access point is often overlooked because it is too easy to miss. Go beneath the tunnel that links the middle of the horse track to the car park and find a garage door. It is a hidden access point to the casino.
Sewer Access Point
This is the hardest access point to find. Just go past the racetrack to the river, then turn south to follow the canal. You should be able to find a tunnel. Go inside that until you see this grated section - it is the access point to the Diamond Casino.
3 - Diamond Casino Heist Points of Interest
The following points of interest are essential to identify when you are scoping out the casino to prepare for the heist mission.
Point of Interest #1
Take a picture of any camera in the casino's vicinity - there are quite a few of them around the building, even on the roof terrace.
Point of Interest #2
The guard standing next to the elevator.
Point of Interest #3
The orbital camera placed on the ceiling of the casino.
Point of Interest #4
The purple keypad next to the 'Restricted Access' staff door, behind the Chip exchange counter.
Point of Interest #5
You can get the Casino Vault Blueprints in the Management Section of the casino, inside Agatha's office. Go through Inside tracks to a double door which says 'Management' and has a guard posted beside it. Enter and go upstairs to find Agatha's office - you would need VIP membership to access this area
Point of Interest #6
The valet at the main entrance is also a point of interest... for some reason.

Inside Track
To make the most profit in casino chips - head on down to the horse betting area and sit down at any of the machines. You will be greeted with this screen and we will only be focusing on the single events section. Click the place bet button on the right to enter the betting screen.
You will be greeted with a list of horses on the left displaying different odds of them winning. (skip this paragraph if you already know how the game works normally). The higher up the list, the greater the chance of them winning. However, the horses with lower odds of winning will give a higher payout if they do win. You will only get money back if the horse you bet on comes in first place. Choose a horse and the betting screen on the right appears. This is where you select the amount of money you want to bet and when you are ready you place the 'place bet' button to start the race.
At this point, we can perform the simple exploit. Once you have selected your horse, make sure the current amount you are betting is 100 chips. Hover the courser over the right arrow to increase the bet, and in one single action, you must click and hold the mouse then immediately move over the place bet button. Keep holding the mouse button down until the race is over half way done. You will know you have done it right if at the start of the race it has charged you 200 or 300 chips. On the occasion that your chosen horse wins, you will be paid as if you bet the max amount of chips, but you only paid 200.
Summary:
- Choose horse.
- Make sure current bet is 100.
- Hover over the increase bet right arrow >
- Click and hold the mouse, starting over the increase bet arrow then bring it down to the place bet button.
- Keep holding that same mouse click until the horses have reached the half way mark at least.
- Get lucky and enjoy payout when your horse wins!
Lucky Wheel
The daily spinning wheel can also be tricked by killing the game before you win a prize you eventually didn't want. By doing it, I make my game windowed mode and open up the task manager, where I end the process before I win the prize. When you go back in the game, you'll realise you're able to spin it again.
