It remains our top priority, and we’re happy to say that we continue to safely welcome back our team members and guests. We have been working within the guidelines of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, state and local leaders, and public health officials as we continue to reopen the great amenities our guests have grown accustomed to. Our current operational status and protocols include, but are not limited to, the following:

Social Distancing

  • There are currently no limitations on table game seating or slot machines.
  • Capacity on our gaming floor is limited to no more than 75% of our maximum occupancy.
  • Social distancing is still recommended when possible and there are floor decals and signage to aide in this effort in areas where lines typically form.
  • Live music and entertainment have resumed at the Bottleneck Blues Bar, observing regulatory, state, and local COVID-19 guidance.
  • Convention and banquet services remain suspended.
  • Bella’s Café is currently offering dine-in and to-go orders, with both hot & cold food items, drinks & snacks. For more info.
  • Heritage Restaurant is currently offering all-you-can-eat service. For more info.
  • Bourbon’s steakhouse is open for dine-in service. Reservations are required. For more info.
  • The poker room is open.
  • The valet is closed.

Health & Safety

New
  • Current Mississippi Gaming Commission COVID – 19 guidelines allow for persons in public areas to wear a face mask. Patrons may be asked to remove masks temporarily when asked by casino staff for identification.
  • Slot machines and table games will be thoroughly and regularly cleaned throughout the day.
  • Sanitizer stations are readily available throughout the facility.
  • A fog machine is deployed to disinfect and sanitize the property on a regular basis.

Casino

Casino open from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. each day Monday through Thursday. Open 24 hours beginning 8 a.m. each Friday through 4 a.m. each Monday.

The casino will be closed from 4 a.m. – 8 a.m. for deep cleaning and sanitizing, Monday through Thursday.

Slot machines will be configured to retain social distancing.

Table games seating is limited.

The Poker Room is open.

Masks

Based on the ruling by Mississippi Gaming Commission, and in order to help reduce the spread of COVID – 19, all Mississippi casinos will be requiring all persons in public areas to wear a mask covering the face and nose.Patrons may remove masks temporarily while eating or drinking or when asked by casino staff for identification. Guests not adhering to these requirements will be advised of the requirements and warned that if they continue to disregard they will be asked to leave the property.

Bourbon's Steakhouse: Closed

Heritage Restaurant is currently offering a limited menu of both hot and cold food items. Open Wednesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
